A drop added to ANYTHING will make it extremely hot. I add it to some of my hottest sauces to bring the heat way up.

This sauce is extremely thick at higher SHU's and may need to be gently warmed under running hot water (with the lid ON) to have it run out of the vial. Alternatively, use a toothpick. Always use care when handling this product. Wash hands thoroughly after touching vial.

THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS OR AMATEURS!!!!!!!  Protective eyewear and heavy rubber gloves are recommended when handling this product. Do not breathe vapors directly.

DO NOT INGEST (eat) DIRECTLY. This is strictly a food additive. Use in extreme moderation.

If you dare to try it's potency, dip the tip of a toothpick in the sauce (wearing your rubber gloves and being careful!!!) and stir the toothpick in a cup of lukewarm water. Watch out for the vapors. :-) Take a little of your 'capsicum tea' on a teaspoon and sip a little tiny bit. You'll then understand not to mess with it.
